Disc to digital Update problem

    Disc to digital Update problem

    I tried to update Disc to Digital today. After it uninstalled the old version I got this message..."The application could not be installed. Try installing it again. If the problem persists, contact the application author. Error 0"

    Try re-installing Adobe air as well. If the problem continues, please give us a call at 888-554-8838 or at support@vudu.com.

          I'm having an issue with the disc to digital page where you print out the list and take it to walmart. The page will not show my list at all. I have cleared my cache, logged out and logged back in. I have also tried to view it on multiple computers as well as ipad and android devices. Still no luck. The page does not show the boxes with my movies in it and the print list and store finder buttons don't work. I have used chrome, IE, safari and Firefox and have had the same result. There seems to be an error on the page that sates it failed at "J". Any help would be appreciated. I use this function when the computer application cannot read the disc or recognizes it as a DVD when it's a BluRay disc.

              I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced problems with the automatic dropdown list freezing?

              There seems to be specific character combinations that cause the drop down to freeze up and then it stops working entirely (even with a ctrl-refresh). I have to kill every instance of the browser before it will start working again. I've also confirmed this problem in Chrome, iExplorer and even Firefox.

              I think there are about 5 different combinations that consistently cause the issue; I can't remember all of them but 'ca' is one of them. If I type the movie title in notepad then paste it into the field it sometimes works but in the case of 'carrie' it consistently fails.

              The site just comes up blank if I try to return to it without restarting every instant of the browser. This has sure been annoying so I'd love to see it get fixed.

                Yes, mine freezes all the time. Specifically with any title starting with the letter "B"

                I'm not able to convert braveheart out of my collection. I wasn't able to convert Black Swan either, but I tried using just "Swan" and Black Swan showed up. But yes, anything starting with the letter "B" nothing drops down from the search menu. So odd.

                  I have the exact same problem on my account. My parent's account is fine, but my own does this on any device or browser i try. What's funny is I am able to add stuff to the list it seems, but the boxes look blank, you cannot click on anything or print anything or modify the list at all.
