Vudu to go "can't view order" or "continue" when disc doesn't read

    I cant get my view order button to work. I even uninstalled it and even installed it on a computer that didn't have vudu on it.. anything you can do to help?

      The Rugrats Movie is no longer available. You should now have access to your cart.

        Hello,

        I am having the same problem. I cant see, remove or print the list. Walmart cant see, add or remove from the list. I have paused scanning in more movies for fear I am making it worse. Can you look into this to see what is causing the issue?

          I'm having the same exact problem. My cart is frozen. I can't access it. I've deleted and reinstalled vudu to go and adobe air, and still nothing. Is there any fix for this problem?

            I have also reinstalled and updated with no luck. I'm betting one or more of my titles is no longer available since I've had 50 items in my cart for a month or two. I would be eternally grateful and happy to complete my purchase immediately if someone could fix my cart!

              I am having the same issue, show 10 items in cart, but price is for 9 so one disc is no longer available. If I could get some help I would appreciate it.

                I am also having the same problem. I have had items in my cart for a while and now I am trying to convert them and it won't let me get to my cart.

                    I am also encountering this issue. When I attempt to view my order through the app, there is no response whatsoever. It just sits there.

                        Having problems with VUDU TO GO App. Tried the uninstall method listed with no luck. Shows I am 31 items ready to purchase but the view order button does nothing. Please help. Thank you

                          I desperately need help. I haven't been able to view my cart for months, and it is full. I just want to check out.

                          Can a moderator please do that behind the scenes thing so that I can get some new movies please.

                            I desperately need some help. I haven't been able to view my order for months and would love to check out. I did all the obvious tricks like uninstall air and v2g. Can you please try that trick on your end and see if you can help me out please. Thank you!

                                I am having this same issue. Have tried what was suggested, cannot view order or purchase.
