D2D Movies Disappear From Purchase List

I've never had any problems with D2D but I added movies (maybe too many?) to my in-store purchase list and I had well over 100 (never had any issues prior with a large amount) and now I can see about 13 all together. When I try to add a movie that I know I've already added, despite the fact that I can't see it myself, Vudu says it's already on my list. Anyway to get this fixed? I just added movies as they came to mind and would hate to lose them all as I probably won't remember every one. Thanks everyone!

    D2D preload list problem

I'm having the same problem when I add movies to my preload list. I only see the movies that I had prior to experiencing this issue a few weeks ago? MOD's, is this something that is being looked at? Thank you very much for your time.

I lost my cart with 36 discs in it. I made a post but it hasn't shown up. I guess it needs moderator approval. I submitted a ticket. Hopefully they can help.

Mine disappeared too. I found this thread that said it was an issue when something gets removed from D2D if it is still in your cart. Would make sense on mine because I had stuff in there from like 6 months ago.

If your cart has been left with titles in it for a long time - and not checked out - you may be having this "lock up" because of a flurry of titles that got removed from D2D eligibility.

If your cart had even one of those in it - your cart probably wound up locked up and you should contact VUDU for them to unlock/restore it (minus any no-longer-D2D movies)
