    Taking the slip out of the case worked, I'm guessing the plastic was causing interference. Fantastic voyage however is still UPC not recognized

    Odd. Are you using Android or Apple? Android here. It could also be a bad UPC, like the printer might have screwed up while they were printing the artwork and it could cause issues for the phone scanner. Who knows, but I have the same title with the same UPC and it worked here.

    I'm trying to convert Monster Trucks.. it appears to be on the eligible list but it keeps saying the UPC is not recognized. The UPC for MONSTER TRUCKS I'm trying is: 032429267405

    Ok, the scanner is still not reading those upc....at all. I don't know why, but 3 different devices same results.
