walmart pre-order card bonus not working

    Same problem here. Call of Duty Ghosts xbox 360 with free fall dynamic bonus map will not redeem at zrewards. It says the card number is invalid, but it was properly rung up and activated by the cashier and the attached $5 gift card redeemed without any issues (which proves it was activated properly at purchase). I had issues with the first one, so bought another one thinking it was just a bad code for zreward and had the exact same issue with the second one. The second was purchased a week or two later and at an entirely different store from the first one (thought process was maybe it was a bad batch of cards from a production run)

    I also bought a PS4 version at the same time to test at the same time I bought the second xbox 360 version and it did redeem without any issues on the first try. So it's not an issue with every Call of Duty code for zrewards, but rather unique to certain platforms for the game - Xbox 360 for sure.

    There is no contact info for zrewards on their website or on the pre-order cards. Nobody at vudu CS knows what this is about and the store associates only verify that the attached $5 gift card is valid and can't do anything about the zrewards code that gets the bonus map and the bonus vudu credit. I have tried to reply to emails received from zrewards about other card activations even though the email is no-reply@zreward.com and as expected, got a form email back but no actual human response at all.

    Would like to get this resolved as it has been going on for some time now. I want to make sure I get the bonus map for the platform I purchased, xbox 360, + the vudu movie credit.

        No both Call of Duty Ghosts with Bonus Map for Xbox 360 and PS3 still aren't working. I have not tested the PS4 or Xbox 1 pre-orders cards since my Walmart doesn't have them. I have tried entering the codes in all versions of Call of Duty Ghosts without any luck.

          We'll be checking with z-rewards on the status of each of these. I'll keep you posted.

            I can confirm that the codes for Call of Duty: Ghosts with bonus map for PS4 and Xbox One work correctly at zreward.com and the PS3 and Xbox 360 codes still don't redeem on zreward.com. In my opinion zreward.com needs to create another game selection with Call of Duty: Ghosts with bonus map for PS3 and Xbox 360.

                So DanielH, here is a slightly different issue...

                The pre-order bonus codes for Dying Light PS4 redeem just fine on zreward.com but there does not appear to be any Vudu credit code sent by email. Further troubling is the fact that the "Zreward Card Registration" email I receive does not mention receiving a Vudu credit code like all the others I've tried:

                Thank you for registering your card for "Dying Light" at zreward.com. We have verified your card purchase and you will receive the following bonus:

                Your bonus will be emailed with detailed instructions how to retrieve it on the date listed according to the terms of the promotion. Should your card include more than one bonus, please expect separate emails for each bonus.
