I have an LG 70UH6350 that has been having the same issue with the VUDU APP. Over the past few weeks my app runs slow, sometimes it won?t access my library. I removed the app and reinstalled and the problem persists. I am using a wireless connection and so is my PS3 which has no issues with VUDU.

      Thanks

also sound problems when viewing Dolby Vision titles on VUDU app in OLED C6p model. Many other users reporting same thing. sound stutters every other second. makes most DV titles un-watchable. sound is perfect when watching HDX

Guys.. I came writing that I actually think it's the LG TV firmware update that might have caused problems with vudu. Because I'm now trying Amazon Prime and I'm getting a blackscreen. So, I'm having problems with other apps, aswell.

I have used YouTube and Netflix with no issues. My problems seem to be strictly related to VUDU.

Add another person to the list of people who can't get the VUDU app to play. I have a LG OLED C7 55 and can't watch anything through VUDU. Netflix seems to work fine so far (not a single issue), but I'm having issues with Amazon. Amazon only seems to intermittently work.

I?ve had intermittent audio issues like JimmyLoops is having with various titles in VUDU as well but my issues were also with HDX. It seemed to be certain titles.

                      Any updates on this?

I'm also encountering this same problem on my LG OLED65CP. The VUDU app has recently been performing very sluggishly. Trying to watch content I've already purchased is difficult and often requires hard rebooting the TV several times. No problems at all with Amazon, Netflix, Youtube, or Hulu. Only VUDU is having issues. Seems perhaps server related, I don't believe the rebooting of the TV actually accomplishes anything; it is likely just a coincidence. Any suggested workarounds? Firmware version of the TV is 05.30.02. VUDU app is whatever the latest available version is currently.

No, it's definitely server related because I've been having problems watching any 4k Vudu content on my Vizio since September 2017 and it's still going on.

I?m havin more trouble tonight with my LG OLED E65 than ever. I can?t even get a movie?s launch page to load. I checked and they updated the app today apparently. This new update seems to be more broken than the last one.

Any update to this? Just found this thread but both my LG 50UH5500 and 55UH6150 has been experiencing the same exact symptoms from just around before Christmas. It's definitely the VUDU app since Netflix and Hulu apps work just fine even before I tried resetting the TV's to factory defaults.

On a side note, the updated VUDU app on my PS4 with the 5.03 firmware that was released I think Dec 14, 2017 has issues, but not anywhere near as severe as my LG's

I have an LG C7 and yesterday as my wife was navigating around the menus was notified that there was an update for the Vudu app. After the update applied I decided to power cycle the TV, and now I don't have issues with playing my Vudu library of movies. I do notice that now I click on a title or when using the LG wand controller I hover over a movie, it takes a second or two for it to show "Play". But that's ok as long as it works. If it doesn't work today when I get home then I'll update this post.

Same Issues, LG 65C6P. I will not purchase any new VUDU titles till this issue is resolved.
