    Credits not redeeming

I have two $5 credits from dvds I purchased a while back, they say they expire March 31st, but they are not redeeming.

they are 12 characters in length, and do not have the usual prefix most of the others do.

    what?s wrong?

When I called Customer service, they wanted a copy of the receipt and pic of the movie. I threw a fit over a $5 code so they eventually just credited my account $5. I think we have codes that are missing letters.

Because they want to make sure you got the code from a physical disc purchase and not just purchased the code second hand from someone on the internet. This is quite common with studios for problems with MA and UV purchase.

When I had a problem with Lara Croft UHD on RELEASE DAY the studio wanted picture of the receipt, front case, back back, movie code, UPC and disc. In each photo they also insisted that my email address be present in the photos. They want's to not only make sure I was the person who purchase, but hadn't sold any part of the item, nor had I just copied photos from the internet.

Always redeem as soon as you get just in case.

Well, I don?t remember the specific movie they came from, since they?re just stickers from the front, so I can?t do that.
