The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

    Ok, well we may be too late ;-)

    I went to add my PS4 Pro to test and it worked. Went back and tried Roku and that works now as well. So do all my TiVos.

      I too am having this very same problem. It keeps recycling the loading screen, looping, happens on both my Roku 2 and older Roku stick and on my even older Sony player, but works fine on my Win 10 app. So it seems anything with a Vudu TV channel fails to load, in a constant loop.

        When did you last try to access Vudu on these devices? Have you tried Vudu within the last couple of minutes?

              For me it's anything with a TV channel.. both my Roku 2, my Roku stick, and my Sony player won't load. Only my Win 10 app and browser is working.

                    Ok, looks like we might have found the source of the problem. We are testing this fix before we deploy it. Will let you all know when this is completed.

                          This issue should now be resolved for all. You might need to reboot your devices for the fix to take effect.

                              Thanks Felipe. My curiosity wants to know - did this have something to do with having a 20% coupon on the account? Vudu twitter was saying that.
