The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Vudu not loading

    Vudu not loading

    Vudu isn't loading on my TiVos or my Roku. It just cycles through the loading screen over and over never actually showing the home movie screen.

    Known issue? Seems to have been going on since last night.

    I too am having this problem. Started yesterday sometime. It's doing it on all 4 of our Roku's. Unplugged them all...didn't work, uninstalled Vudu and reinstalled...didn't work, and reset my modem/router...didn't work.

      I am having the same problem. It started last night too, and I am still having it this morning.

        Trying to get a Tier 2 support person on the phone. First call into support and after about 20 minutes of troubleshooting (which was worthless) they hung up. Second call he finally put the case to Tier 2 and said they'd call back in a few minutes. Been an hour or so. I'm calling back in to see if they are available.

        I will update when/if I find out more.

          What devices seemed to be affected? I've already notified our Ops team and want to provide them with more information.

            For me it's:

            TiVo Roamio
            Roku Ultra

            I haven't tried anything else because I'm at my 8 device limit.

            So far I have NO issues via a web browser, Vudu To Go, or my iOS devices. But those don't typically have those Vudu loading, initializing, running screens.

                  My Sony BDP-S6500 player and PS3 are both having the problem.

                  I can get on my laptop and use the web browser fine. But anything with a loading screen like my Blu-Ray player and PS3, it will not work.

                          If you are able to, can you give the device ID for the devices that are having issues? That's if you are able to get into the app. Device ID is under settings and then device info.

                            If it's in the app, then sorry no. I never get past the loading Vudu screens loop.

                            Is the ID the same as what is listed on the website under Manage Devices? If so, I'll PM those to you.
