Movies not showing up in VUDU

    I also recieved the notice that my UV account will be closing, so I checked to make sure that my UV accout was linked to my VUDU account and it is but 7 movies are not showing up in my VUDU account. I noticed on some of the threads that I should sign up for movies anywhere so I did but it did not help. FelipeF can you look at this for me, maybe I am missing something. The movies are: Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, Demolition Man, Lean on Me, Looney Toons Back in Action, Matchstick Men, Pay it Forward and Space Jam. Thank you for the help!!!

    Transformers is only UV eligible, not MA. Therefore the single Transformers movie is coming from UV. Please login to your UV account and confirm if the other movies are in there.

    Folks, if you have redeemed UV codes from discs that come from outside of the US, they will not import into your Vudu account. We only recognize domestic redemptions since our service is only available in the US.

    Hello, just received the notice that UV is closing, so I went to verify all of my UV purchases are showing up in VUDU, and unfortunately, i am missing some. Can you please look into the following that are in my UV account but not showing up in VUDU. Will access to these purchased mivies be gone if they dont come into VUDU once UV shuts down? Movies in my UV but not my VUDU: Blow, Scorpion King, The Seige, Snake Eyes, Underworld

    I bought a bundle with all 5 transformer movies, redeemed them all through both UV and iTunes, but only 1 of the 5 is showing up in Vudu (despite all my accounts being linked). I put in a support ticket and they were less than helpful, only asked if I was sure I didn?t redeem under another email (think I would remember registering a new account between code redemptions). Any ideas or advice? Screenshots attached.

    Hello,

    Just purchased Mission Impossible: Fallout and I redeemed the digital code via iTunes. The movie shows up there, but I'm not seeing it in any of my linked accounts. I have Movies Anywhere, Vudu, UV, and Amazon. My previous Mission Impossible movies show up, but not this latest one.

    So I redeemed Rogue One on Google Play. I have all but one retailer connected to movies anywhere. Rogue One seems to of transferred everywhere but on Vudu. What am I supposed to do to get over to Vudu as well?

    FelipeF, I've just read through the 6 pages on this thread, and it was amazing how many issues you addressed and answered relating to movies porting one place and not another, or missing purchases or missing movies. I have gained a new appreciation of the work you do here for many, and I actually learned a few things about why a movie will or will not port to and from various retailers. Thanks for what you do and for the information provided.

    So, if you can?t redeem or buy a movie on Movies Anywhere it won?t show up as a cross-app movie? (i.e.: I bought Happytime Murders and the digital redemption code was only for iTunes. I can buy it digitally in Vudu but I can?t find it in store search in Movies Anywhere.)
