Movies not showing up in VUDU

    I've had similar happen twice so far. 4/5, I had 19 removals requests come from VUDU to MA. 18 of which thankfully we're also in MA via MA or other providers as well so only lost 1. Then on 4/12 all the list of of what happened on 4/5 disappeared from MA Transaction History replaced by another 66 removals of which 33 are now missing from MA. MA support helped as best they could and sent me to VUDU. VUDU support sent the case to higher tier support and they did the best they could. Neither has an answer or solution. VUDU suggested I contact UV support as it is possible UV is sending the refund request to VUDU which VUDU is passing to MA. Have yet to hear back from UV. Hoping this is fixed soon.

    the weird thing is it has been linked previously and for whatever reason wasn't currently linked. here i am thinking it's some disastrous bug so i hadn't even checked that most basic of things, lol.

    Sorry, you can only redeem once if you've redeemed on iTunes first. I think that Paramount allows dual redeems but you have to do the UV or Vudu portion first. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not sure this dual redeem is going away since UV is going away?

    Hello, I recently redeemed Bumblebee digital copy to my iTunes account thinking that it would sync to all three apps. Come to find out that since it?s Paramount, it isn?t MA eligible. I?d rather have it available in VUDU so I have one medium to watch it on, but can?t figure out how. Frustrating since I just bought it and it gave me the option to redeem through VUDU. I chose iTunes willingly and it seems I?ve shot myself in the foot. Is there any hope/chance of a work-around/fix?

    Make sure your iTunes account is linked to your MA account and that the same MA account is linked to the correct Vudu account.

    These movies are not MA eligible, therefore will not transfer over to Vudu.

    I had redeemed Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Punisher Warzone in iTunes but none show up in Vudu.

    MA is the service that's providing you the ability to link Vudu and iTunes, there's no way around it.

    "I Feel Pretty" is not MA eligible, therefore it will not transfer out of iTunes to Vudu.
