    Error 0xA3

Ok this error is getting on my nerves. I've already contacted vudu customer support and the guy was very nice and we thought we solved my problem. But now other movies are affected that weren't before.

So, a while back I had a bunch downloaded in prep for a vacation. Many of them said "repairing" and the many of the movies I'd previously downloaded wouldn't work so I deleted them.

So I cleaned out my iPad (it's a 4th gen, and the latest available update is installed) today and uninstalled and reinstalled vudu. I tried to download the movies I like to keep downloaded and some gave me this 0xA3 error code. It was Back to the future 2. Several others had this issue as well but I could download others without a problem.

Then I called vudu support and was told it was because I had too many devices something about googlechromcast making a new device each time I logged in or something. So we cleared those out. We uninstalled the app, turned off the iPad and restarted it again and thought the issue was fixed because I could download Back to the future 2 now.

Well as I've tried to download other movies that I was able to download before doing all that today I got that error code "0xA3"

The latest version of Vudu is updated. I can't figure out how to fix this issue. Clearly it wasn't uninstalling etc and everything that I spent 30 minutes with VUDU trying to fix.

Did you ever get this resolved? I downloaded three movies today an d now in getting this error. Unfortunately I deleted one of the three movies and now I can't get that one back either.

I am having the same problem on my iPhone. Paid a bunch of money for movies I can't watch.

I have filed a bug for this issue so our engineers can investigate the root cause and ultimately come up with a resolution.

          - Connection type (cell data or WiFi) and ISP/Cell Carrier

I was able to fix this by deleting the app and reinstalling. I guess I'm lucky that's all it took.

              Re: Error 0xA3

It actually happened again. And I had to uninstall it and reinstall it. Then downloaded 1 movie at a time. It didn't seem to like when I added 4. Downloading them individually helped me.

                iOS device = iPad Pro
                iOS version = 10.3.2
                Vudu app version = 5.2
                Connection = WiFi

Just bought this iPad and restored from backup. Downloaded 2 movies (2 Guns and Account) with no issue but got this error on the 3rd download (Adjustment Bureau).

Deleted App and got Download Failed: (3328:898) too. I've deleted this app 4x and don't get consistent results for which movies will install and which ones will error. Tried to download Account and got an error. After the 4th time, I was able to down again the first 2 movies. I've tried 5 different movies and get the Download Failed (0xA3).

I've spent enough time on this that I'll just leave for now the 2 movies I have on my iPad and hope this gets resolved soon so I can get my other 21 movies.

I am using an iPhone 7 plus
                  iOS version 10.3.2
                  Vudu app version 5.2 (183631)
                  WiFi connection
I first got the error yesterday at the end of an attempt to download a movie. I tried rebooting the phone, which did nothing, uninstalling/reinstalling the app allowed me to download one movie but once that was complete and I went to download a second movie the error popped up almost immediately.

NOTE: It may be linked to the amount of memory that is downloaded, although my settings do not have that limitation activated. I could download 2 smaller movies and it hangs up on the 3rd or just 1 of the extended Hobbit and it hangs on the second. I have done this multiple times.
