The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Maybe it's just my local store, but it seems like there is really no way to know if something should work without looking online. The marketing says to simply look for the InstaWatch sticker, but no such sticker exists on any title currently on shelves. There are VUDU stickers galore in various forms, but no InstaWatch stickers.

      I bought Spaceballs and Princess Bride today. Waiting to see if they show up. Wondering when I'll have to open a case. This will make the 5th and 6th instawatch titles I've bought which don't work.

        I bought The Terminator and Robocop (1987) online the other day. I recevied an InstaWatch email within a few minutes, which was awesome. What wasn't awesome, was getting Robocop 2014 as an InstaWatch title instead of the Robocop 1987, which I purchased. I have a ticket opened so we will see what happens. The point of getting the movie was for the Vudu copy, so hopefully it gets corrected.

              Is everyone still waiting on the promotions department to resolve the Black Friday Instawatch issues? I don't know if I should just keep patiently waiting or if I was forgotten? (141130-001447 Thanks!)

                Does anyone have any advice for getting these problems resolved? I've had a ticket in since early November for a handful of movies I purchased that I've been left in the cold on. I've updated the ticket twice to try and bring attention to it because I was told I would be contacted. Been almost two months. I had issues with movies I purchased on Black Friday (didn't receive instawatch copies/HDX redeemed SD) but I haven't seen the point in even trying to get that resolved if they won't even fix my initial complaint. It's very frustrating. Anyone have any recommendations?

                      I also have been waiting for these to show up, stumbled onto this thread while looking to see if there are others like me, recently created my ticket (150107-000446), hopefully something comes of this.

                                I ordered the African Queen Blu-ray (which I already own) this morning in hopes of adding it to my Vudu account, where it has not been available to purchase directly. I saw a couple months ago in this thread that others had success redeeming African Queen this way. So far I have not received any Instawatch confirmation, and I can't seem to find it listed in the Insawatch section on Walmart.com (though the page is not the easiest way to look, without searching or alphabetical listings.)

                                I really wish Walmart or Vudu would publish an easy to use definitive list of eligible titles, without requiring customers to blindly buy titles and hope for the best.
