Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Looks like this is still an issue. My purchase is not showing in my VUDU account. This is getting really annoying.

        Looper. I purchased it on walmart.com this morning. Still not showing in my VUDU account. I received the email that it was ready to watch at 10:38 am.

          I've had Instawatch titles for released films take upwards of 24 hours.

            Gotcha. Yeah, looks like that in the norm these days. It's now showing in my account. This is my first INSTAWATCH purchase in awhile. I guess as long as I know it will take this long, I am ok. You just don't know if there's something broken when it doesn't do what is advertised. Know what I mean?

              I bought Justice League Dark on Walmart.com over a week ago and it's still not showing in my Vudu preorders.

                I purchased Field of Dreams, at the Walmart.com site, which is advertised as including a digital copy, as well as being an Instawatch title, but have yet to receive the Instawatch copy. In fact, the Bluray/DVD combo arrived today, and did not include the digital copy.
                I opened a ticket with Vudu support several days ago, inquiring about the Instawatch copy, but have not gotten a resolution. I have had multiple orders where I never received the Instawatch copy, and am becoming very frustrated.

                      I had a problem about 2 weeks ago with the Instawatch not showing up on VUDU in a timely fashion. I emailed VUDU and Walmart and the problem was addressed. Since that time I've done two more purchases of multiple movies each time via Walmart on-line and Instawatch with no problems. Movies all showed up within 45 minutes.

                      I'm impressed with the quickness at which VUDU responded. Walmart support was clueless. But VUDU got it addressed quickly.

                          I've been reading about people who pre-ordered the Logan Walmart exclusive today are getting Instawatch e-mails where as I've had it pre-ordered for a couple weeks and so far I haven't received any such e-mail, any help?

                            Same is happening to me. It does this like every other time when I pre-order a movie from WalMart. I usually order fox movies from Walmart.com so I can get the uv copy and redeem the copy inside the case with iTunes so I have both
