Previously 4 episodes (E15, E16, E23 of V1 and E29 of V3) had ALID issues and we're not transferring through UV to other providers. This had been the case since first redeeming the code. Now those episodes are no longer in myUV at all.

Same here. Those four episodes have disappeared from my UV library as well.

FelipeF can this be looked into?

I redeemed the Complete Animated series in HD back in November 2018 so I had the entire series in HD in my UV library but now the four episodes (Vol 1 Episodes 15, 16, and 23 and Vol 3 Episode 29) are missing completely from my UV library. It's like they were pulled out.

I have all episodes at myUV but what's weird is that those specific episodes only show as being sourced from WB/Flixster. All of my other episodes show as being from Vudu with a few exceptions that have duplicate entries from WB/Flixster.

I'm not sure how I got the WB/Flixster entries, probably from a compilation code or something. But the Vudu entries for those episodes that should be there from my Vudu code redemption of the Complete Series are definitely MIA.

Okay, I should clarify that I pretty much have the same issue as RogerJ.

These episodes show up as redeemed via Flixster in 2013 and 2015. I'm actually pretty sure I redeemed these as part of the Batman Supervillains collections way back when.

However, I then purchased Vol1 (SD quality) on Sep 22, 2017 via Vudu but that transaction isn't showing up. And then a year later I redeemed complete series in HD also via Vudu on Nov 6, 2018. That transaction also isn't showing up.

The Vudu transactions show up for every other episode (as shown below), just not those.

While it is concerning that the Vudu licenses just disappeared, for Vol. 1 Episodes 15 and 16 (as well as Vol 3 Episode 29) it is not really an issue for me because another HD license for those episodes was already there (via Flixster in 2015) but for Vol 1. Episode 23 ("Vendetta") there is no HD license at all. The licenses in place are only SD licenses.

            This is indeed a problem.

I don't want to go too far off topic but it sounds like there are actually a fair number of people that are having movies just completely deleted out of their accounts. UV rights and all. Sounds like it may be isolated to WB titles. This might be part of that same problem. I haven't had the time or energy to go through my account and see if anything's missing yet. Sounds like people are missing upgrades too, which makes them even harder to spot. I'm still missing tons from the last screwiness. I am almost done with digital entirely at this point.

Per my recent new help ticket on these missing episodes, VUDU support sync'd my VUDU to UV rights which did nothing to return these missing episodes.

I suspect it is an ALID issue just like it has been since November when I first redeemed the code.

Previous to the current situation with the episodes missing, these
four episodes would transfer to myUV but not to other providers.

I've been going round and round with UV support, WB support, and VUDU support about these episodes since November on various help tickets. I believed WB needs to provide new ALIDs to transfer through UV. Now it seems the licenses are completely gone and they no longer transfer to UV much less through.

My hope is WB and VUDU will work together to fix these 4 episodes to not only transfer to UV but also through UV before UV shuts down for good

So after doing some detective work and looking at myuv etc. I am pretty sure that Warner Bros removed UV status from Batman the Animated Series. I bought the box set on Halloween I believe. But I didn't redeem the code until Nov. 7th when it was finally redeeming in HD. It was in myuv then, and then every episode of the series went into my friends Vudu because our ultraviolet accounts were merged together many moons ago. And now come Monday, this and many other titles have disappeared from his vudu that WERE UV last week. Examples, Ready Player One, Creed II, Star is Born and Fantastic Beasts 2. So I find it very very rude of Warner Bros to pull something like this. I hope he can them back, on November 7th in his account history he "owns" every episode of Batman the Animated Series. Such a bummer and it makes me nervous.

Rude is not the term I would use. If unfixed, it warrants legal action.

Per the latest from my WB support ticket, WB is working with VUDU on the ALID issue.

And now VUDU support responded finally to the ticket I pulled, stating Batman the Animated Series is not UV and that is why the episodes were removed. I am losing any hope this will get fixed before UV shuts down. Especially when I get the run-around from support.

Clearly they are wrong. I would call support an explain. It's easy for them to say no via email, in hopes you will let it go.

Same for me. These episodes are missing from myuv.com and were there before.

WB is making some changes on their end, no idea why now. We are working with them to prevent content from being removed from your accounts. This is being worked on right now.
