Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Missing Movies In My Main Account

      Yea, I was missing over 300 movies. They returned to my Vudu account after linking UV again. They still have not shown up in movies anywhere yet. I have unlinked and relinked my Vudu account to movies anywhere but they won?t show up.

        This issue should now be fixed. If you're still missing movies, you likely need to re-link your UV account.

          Yes, mine was disconnected when I went into account settings. I relinked and all seemed to come back.

            Any idea why they won?t show back up in Movies Anywhere now that they are back in Vudu?

                  After tons of movies vanished and then reinking, most came back. But I'm still missing about 40 and that's just movie is. I have you been gone through my TV yet. Not the first time this has happened too. I'm still waiting for someone to fix my account from the last time it happened. That was almost a year ago now.

                    The missing movies isn't the only problem, once you relink the transactions dates are all messed up. Movies acquired a long time are now showing transaction date of 11/13/2018.

                      Thanks. Going to VUDU Account Settings and Relinking to UV apparently did the trick for me. VUDU was still linked in my UV Account Settings. Hopefully I have my movies back. Was about to lose my mind because The World's End was no longer showing. Even pulled out the Bluray and Digital Code about to lose my mind Thanks folks.

                          I have like a thousand pages in my transaction history from refreshing and relinking after broken connections. I really wish you could save your transaction history to a PDF or CSV or something. Trying to scroll through my history is a practical impossibility at this point.

                              Delinking my Vudu account to UV has caused my iTunes movie count to drop by 50...

                                The worst part is getting anyone either at Vudu or MA to A) acknowledge that an issue exist B) make an effort to resolve it.

                                Currently missing an unknown number of movies in Vudu and an unknown number in MA (likely about 60) even after relinking etc...
