The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     I agree. I am sure Vudu promotions team will take care of any issues efficiently as always. I picked up a couple more from the new ones yesterday. One of them worked and the other did not. I saw some other very nice new titles in the bin. You will be in for a treat when you see them.

      Felipe, i have the Poltergeist 2 pack one and i called support and they are sending it up to promotions departmant. how come when they do that it shows in my cases as waiting on account closure?

        I bought Poltergeist II/III with Instawatch sticker 2 nights ago. I called yesterday because I did not receive my IW titles. The support rep immediately told me that neither Poltergeist II nor III are Instawatch and that the stickers are a mistake (so back to Walmart it goes) . . .

        I also bought Warrior's Way and they said it is Instawatch but is a known issue that it doesn't get deposited to your account. They sent me a request for photos of the receipt and product (turns out I already owned it lol - so back to Walmart it goes too!).

          There seems to be a lot of movies being released lately with Instawatch stickers that are not currently available. It's kind of annoying that the stores continue to give Vudu a bad reputation by not holding up to their part in the bargain by knowing how to do Disc to Digital or having a bunch of movies that claim to give you digital copies that do not.

            Do you have any updates for us please? Also, this is off topic, but is there any plan to have a separate Instawatch app instead of going through Savings Catcher? The new 7 receipt hard limit in Savings Catcher is very frustrating. I use Savings Catcher not only for movies but also for normal grocery receipts. I am pretty much done for the week by Tuesday every week. Is it an indication that I am spending too much money at Walmart and should not shop at Walmart after Tuesday.

              Look in your saved promotions, it will show the poltergeist 2 pack it is instawatch as soon as they get the promotion set up

                Wow - good call . . . I see it. So I wonder why support told me just yesterday that it is NOT Instawatch. Felipe - can you confirm or deny this forthcoming promotion?

                  Looks like the agent working on your case mistakenly chose that status instead of "In Progress". You account was never in danger of getting closed. No worries!

                    I agree, these titles might have been stickered mistakenly but it is deceptive. What I mean is that those stickers do get people to purchase the title under the guise that they will benefit from IW. However, once the item is opened the stores won't accept a return, that I'm aware of other than an exchange for like item, because they are afraid of piracy. Thus you're stuck with an item, which is not as advertised, you might not have bought otherwise because of a mistake caused by WM.

                      I am still working on confirming the eligibility of these titles and more. Not aware of a separate app for InstaWatch.

                        I am holding on to the BluRays and have not opened them. A.I. already went back after Felipe's confirmation. However, it sucks to have sealed BluRays sitting on the shelf. I hope the Walmart lady does not get mad at me for returning a bunch if it comes to that.
