"Big Red One", "The Lookout" Purchase HDX, Stream is only SD

I was excited to see these two titles available to purchase in HDX format, but upon converting my DVD & Bluray to HDX (which I've been waiting to do for a long time) I was disappointed to see that they only stream SD. Is this some sort of mistake? Will the proper stream be provided?

This is evident on PC & TV.

Which version of The Lookout are you referring to?

The lookout is streaming in HDX for me. The Big Red One doesn't. It throws an error right away when trying to stream in HDX.

"Candyman" is doing the same. Purchased in HDX via Disc to Digital and only playing back in SD. Very frustrating.

HDX will be available later today for Candyman.

What's the situation with Candyman, Felipe? As of this evening it shows as playing in SD-only on my computer / desktop, but shows as HDX when streaming through my PS4.

What's the scoop? Been a week & still SD.

Outland and the others mentioned above are available to purchase/convert in HDX, but still only SD stream.

While we're talking about Candyman (which appears to be fixed now), when you click on the icon to open the page with movie details, why is the background image a screen capture from the movie Max Dugan Returns? Jason Robards, Matthew Broderick, and Marsha Mason most definitely weren't in Candyman. This needs to be corrected. Talk about being radically out of place...
