    Vudu My Lists

Vudu now lets you create a list of your own group of movies. Something that has been requested many times. It automatically had a "Star Wars" list created for me.

Love the lists! Three suggestions to implement please!

    1) Ability to re-organize each of the list from one another [My Movies] [Moms Movies] --> [Moms Movies] [My Movies]
    2) Still add the "SALE" banners if possible (for unowned titles)
    3) Have a checkbox that has to the option of "Remove When Purchased" - I'm making multiple "wish lists" in essence.

Otherwise, this is a HIGHLY welcome and completely blindside minor update that is going to help my collection of 11,500 movies tremendously! Thank you!

I've already created 7 "Need to Purchase" lists... lol...
    • Wishlist (131)
    • Unowned Hollywood Pictures (31)
    • Unowned Touchstone (155)
    • Current Sales to Buy (6)
    • Movies to Buy (High Demand) (23)
    • TV to Buy (High Demand) (22)
    • Movies to Buy (Low Demand) (15)
    • TV to Buy (Low Demand) (41)
I may..be.. doing this wrong... lol... *rolls eyes*

I posted this on the beta forum, but I'll post it here so everyone can see it. The two enhancements to this feature that would really make it awesome are, the ability to change the order of the lists, and to be able to choose a default sort order for each list, for example, some of my lists I have set a custom order, but for other lists I would like it to be A-Z.

Also, is the feature available on the Apple TV app? That's where I watch my movies, not on the PC!

I don't own many bundles, but I own a lot of the movies in certain bundles. I created a list called boxsets, and I put all the bundles for movies I own in the list. I can access all the movies in those bundles just like I owned the bundle. It takes a lot less time to scroll through my collection of movies.

They should have included the feature of exporting and importing lists. Its the easiest feature to add since it would be just a csv file with a list of Vudu content ids.

Right now there's a limit of 200 titles per list. I hope they increase that. I have two lists that are already at the limit.

This is an awesome addition Vudu; and thank you, but have to agree with the post above - 200 is not enough. Awesome job though, so much better than all other digital providers!

Also, just realized that on the Playstation app, you can sort Release New-->Old and Release Old-->New.

                  That is absolutely awesome!

The new lists function is great. The one thing that would be most helpful to me is to allow you to change the order of the lists (not the movies in the lists, but the lists themselves). Right now, the most recently created list appears on top, but I would like to be able to make that the last of my lists.

I am so happy right now . Can't wait to get home and start categorizing my movies. I'm just hoping they translate over to the TV app on Samsung TV's.

echopulse, the android app allows you to sort within a list alphabetically and by release date. On android, custom order does not really work well; it's just the order you add the items to your list. You can't adjust at all after an item has been added, so you have to pre-plan extensively if you want grouping.

RebelRave, you can delete an item from your personalized wish lists. Tap on the list, then tap on manage on the left side of the page, then tap on the red minus sign by the movie you want to remove.

Since the update did not address the ability so sort be as, HD and uhd, I added lists for my uhd and sd movies. I'm also going to do a couple lists for my non movies anywhere digital. Added a list for Xmas movies and marvel/dc.

Agreed with this one. I am using the lists to group series together in chronological order, but the lists are all over the place based on when I created them (started with most recent purchases, but would like the lists alphabetical so that they are easier to find as I have a few dozen lists already)

Am I doing something wrong or has this not been added to the Apple TV VUDU app?
