    Creed UHD Playing In HDX

I redeemed my copy of Creed UHD. Vudu is showing that i own the UHD copy but when I select it, it plays the HDX copy. This is only the movie this is happening on. All the other Warner Brother's UHD titles play in UHD. Is anyone else experiencing this on other TVs? My tv is a OLED55C6P. I'm using the Vudu app that came with the TV.

    Thanks!

Vudu lists Creed as an MGM (not a Warner) title. Are you certain the code from your disc gave you the UHD version?

Yes, it shows I own UHD on vudu and on www.myuv.com. Vudu recently made this title UHD.

Sounds like since Vudu's move to UHD wasn't from the getgo for Creed, something is broken on their end. I'd put in a ticket.

Now it doesn't start playing. All the other UHD titles I have play on my TV. Creed stays at the loading screen.

I appears that there was an issue with the content itself. We have fixed the issue and Creed UHD is now back to normal.

UHD streaming is not available on PC. You will have to use a UHD Vudu certified device in order to view 4k content on Vudu.

Was it really necessary to brag about the cost? You have a lot of expendable income; good for you. I'm sure no one here cares.
