Inconsistent Game of Thrones UHD upgrade offers — missing season 3 even though owned

      I was only able to upgrade season 8. Its probably worth noting that I bought season 1-7 in a bundle due to season 8 not being released at the time of purchase, and then preordered season 8 when the listing was available. I am betting that the 1-8 bundle replacing the 1-7 bundle in the store has something to do with not having upgrades for those first seasons. I also do not have the $30 complete series offer.

          FelipeF I also just got the upgrade offer for Season 3, but VUDU did not fix whatever issue that is keeping some of us from being able to upgrade Season 7 for $5, so I am going to pass. It's an absolute insult to not receive the offer for ALL 8 seasons when you've previously redeemed HD codes for all of them directly from purchased blu-ray sets. You can't just fix one of the seasons within the offer when several of us are also clearly and errantly missing the offer for Season 7 as well. That's incredibly off-putting, and a non-starter for getting most of us plagued by this issue to purchase.

                They seemed to have fixed some things today. Does your S1-7 now show the upgrade option? Wondering because I have a S1-7 code I haven’t redeemed. Don’t want to burn it if I can’t get the upgrade.

                Really seems picky of Vudu to not have a straight across the board $5 upgrade no matter how you bought it or redeemed it. Hope they fix it for everyone.

                  I only got the offer for seasons 7& 8. Even though I own every season in HD. Has anyone had a similar issue and gotten it resolved?

                    If Season 3 is still showing $24.99, try signing out of VUDU and logging back in. That's what worked for me.

                      Still no luck with the $5 upgrade per season or the $30 for complete series bundle.

                          FelipeF can you fix this for people who got S1-7 as a bundle purchase or code redemption? It should matter how you got them on Vudu. You have them and want to upgrade them.

                              I believe the $30 offer is only given if you own the S1-8 bundle, and not just all the separate seasons.

                                Yeah, but it’s kinda of stupid. You own them all. Also, having purchased or redeemed a code for S1-7, I would think you should still be able to get the $5 upgrade per season. Basically, if you have them on Vudu, why shouldn’t the upgrade offers be the same for everybody who has them?
