My aim was only to be helpful. I'm sorry you are taking it the opposite way I intended it to be.
You never acknowledged that they had previously labeled it as a sale and then they changed it. You stated "Guys I think you're misreading this - this isn't a sale." when it was previously labeled as a sale. You probably did not see the Vudu website when it was labeled as a sale and you came in afterwards with the comments but you're not admitting to it.

To use your grocery store comparison. If you see a sign that says "Sale" without a disclaimer, you would expect everything below that sign to be on sale.

I can only say on my behalf that you continue to *badly* misread my post and my intentions. I always knew the sale was confusingly labeled, I then posted a message clarifying that I thought it was confusingly labled.

To be as clear as humanly possible to everybody for the final time, I only wanted to help others know what was on sale and what wasn't and was not trying to say that anybody was wrong.

I have no idea why you're reacting to it in such an inflammatory way, but I'm not going to participate in that.

      Cheers

Again, obviously you did not see the Vudu website when it was labeled as a sale since you posted this: "it says the Disney Princess COLLECTION not the Disney Princess SALE." You never stated it was confusingly labeled. As my pic clearly shows that it was labeled Disney Princess Sale. Vudu changed it to "select titles on sale" after the original post was made. I did not misread that. You're the one originally reacting in an inflammatory way with your grocery store comments when I stated that the sale was under the deals link.

I AGREE WITH YOU and this is the 3rd post I've made saying that! I even specifically said a couple posts up that I know it was originally labled as a sale! My original post was not meant to be taken as me saying it was NEVER labled like that, only that it was labled like that NOW!

The grocery store thing should not have been taken as inflammatory by ANYBODY. If you thought it was then I can only say, again, that you are badly misreading my posts and intentions. That comment was meant to only be part of the debate about how sales should be labled in the future to avoid this confusion, and I was stating how *I* thought things should be best presented. It should not be taken as any kind of attack, because it wasn't remotely meant to be one.

You know how they say that sarcasm doesn't come across well when written on the internet? You're kind of doing the opposite - you've read into my two initial posts an attitude that I just didn't intend to be there.

The vitriol in this thread has dumbfounded me. I don't even know why I'm getting singled out for it when others posted the same views I did, but I damn well know I'm not participating in this anymore.

          Respectfully...

Unfortunately - a poster can't delete a post - or I would have removed this thread once VUDU updated the "select titles" thing.

Unless there IS a way to do that, that I haven't fathomed. Or a way to get a VUDU moderator to go ahead and delete this thread.

Naw, all is fine. Texas26 bought me a beer then we watched a Disney Princess movie. It was weird but it cooled things down.
