Yes, and I gave the same answer as Jake in THIS thread. This is getting ridiculous.

All anyone has told me is that it's supposed to be there and the solutions they offer have unfortunately not solved the problem so this thread was me asking if customer service lied to me lol but when I add another movie I'll let you know how it works! I'm excited that there's still at least one other option out there for me to try haha. I do add movies all the time now though and plus I see the sorting option on the vizio tv version of the app so I'm curious why the Xbox version would require me to get one more movie. I have 39 movies right now so is 40 the magic number? I hope so because I just want to delete this thread and stop cluttering the forums with a problem only I have lol

But your answers have not solved my problem so that means they're not the correct answers. I've tried all suggestions that you and many others have offered me and it doesn't work so I'm currently waiting for the correct answer to come my way. It definitely is ridiculous, I agree. That's why I am here so I can fix this ridiculous issue. If you were right here on my Xbox and tv, you would find that the fixes you've provided me are not capable of actually fixing my issue. It's very very strange

If we're telling you the problem is you don't have enough titles to be able to sort, then how can you say you have tried all suggestions and they didn't work!? You HAVE the correct answer that WILL fix your issue.

Oh my god I just saw jake's response from my other forum!! I'm so happy! You guys were right, someone said it already I don't have notifications on or anything by the way. It's good to know that I have an official answer. I'm still upset that customer service straight up lied to me though... don't you guys find that odd? Anyway, I'll buy a movie and then I'm sure it should work and by then I should have this thread deleted for everyone

                    Felipe,

i have had multiple issues related to instawatch not appearing and also instawatch showing up as SD instead of HDX even though i bought the bluray. It has been nearly a month and i keep being asked to produce screenshots and keep gettign the run around. Im pretty fed up and am considering returning all of the instawatch movies i bought from walmart.com to the local walmart in town.

You seem to be making "miracles" happen through this thread. can you please look into ticker 170121-000617 which has all of my issues consolidated.

Thanks for any help that you can provide!

I purchased Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk Blu-Ray and Steven Seagal multi-movie DVD pack in-store, both have Instawatch stickers, but both do not work. I hope both will be fixed soon.
