I also didn't get the 3D version of RE Retribution so I had to call Vudu and send in a picture of my blu-ray case and finally they gave me the correct version. This also happened with my Amazing Spiderman 3D as well.

Should we always do this when get a 3D Blu-Ray? It seems to more common now that they are coming out in 3D but we don't get it automatically for some reason.

I'm going to do it for "The Hobbit" if it's available from Vudu in 3D?

Sony is the only one that has given 3D digital copies so don't expect the 3D version from your digital code.

Re: Current UV Copies what format SD or HD

I would suggest redeeming those wb movies on flixster.

This is the 2nd time i've redeemed a movie on vudu and got SD
first it was face/off and now its Heartbreak ridge and Firefox.

Both from blu-ray both SD NOT HAPPY

I asked the customer service dept when I called to check the code and I got told it only gives SD. Yet several people are reporting by redeeming it on Flixster You get Heartbreak Ridge and Firefox in HDX

Makes no sense if its the same code...

Marvel sold the Spider Man rights to Sony.

World is Not Enough: HDX (from Die Another Day Bluray)
4 Film Favorites-Tommy Lee Jones: All 4 SD (not surprising, as it's only available on DVD).
