Re: Current UV Copies what format SD or HD

I created a Google Docs form and spreadsheet to help track these redemptions...it's a ton easier to look over a list than to hunt through the forum posts. If y'all can submit to both the form and this thread, it's be extremely useful for all.

        Here are the links:
I've added a snippet on the confirmation page to make this process super simple. Once you submit the form, you can copy the provided text, click the link and it'll take you straight to the create reply form here and have a link back to the results/form for others to use and continue the cycle.

Conan the Barbarian: Redeemed via Universal in HDX
Conan the Destroyer: Redeemed via Universal in HDX

              Collateral via Flixster HDX
Superman: Brainiac Attacks HDX via VUDU
Wrestlemania codes - i've redeemed 3 and all are SD atm simply because that is the only option for those movies.

              Wrestlemania I, 2 and 3

Heartbreak ridge/firefox will be HDX if you do it via flixster for some reason vudu has it bundled and the only bundled option is SD I was able to get WB to reset my code and redeem it there and it transfered over as HDX. If you run into that problem then that is the route you should take.

              Still no Resolution on Face/off

How did you reach WB about fixing the code? I have 3 movies the code won't work on all of them WB movies. Did you try and go through Flixster?

I went through flixster uv support. They reset my code and told me to redeem it. I was first in shock they admited it should of been HD, 2nd they told me "THEY COULD RESET THE CODE" and third it worked.

I redeemed Distrubia just now - even thou it doesn't show up to be watched on here and it redeemed in HDX

Yea I have 3 that won't work and Vudu is taking forever with silly questions... I mean Disturbia and Red Riding Hood aren't even on this site and the insert has Vudu all over it just sad.

I will try flixster even though flixster won't even show my entire library it stops at 949 of 1560

I guess VUDU is only giving SD for 2 and 3. I did mine via Universal and selected Universal as the redemption choice. 99% of my redemptions are studio based.

I was going to say the Heartbreak Ridge/Firefox redemption gives SD on vudu since its a bundled redemption.
the only way to get HD is to redeem it on Flixster. It will transfer to vudu for HDX but you have to redeem it on flixster first.
