The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).           Been waiting to get a response on a simple issue. I bought "Star Wars The Force Awakens +Bonus Features in HDX" however the Bonus features were not added to my library with the movie. I just need them added in HDX quality to the movie.

                Only a few days but a pressing matter. Either need an SD changed to an HDX or a refund so I can buy the HDX before the sale is over.

                        Hello, I was hoping I might be able to get some help with a ticket.

                        160222-000888 -- created 2/22, didnt get any response so I called in 2/25 and they said check back in 7-10 business days, called back 3/24, and now today 4/11. So, 7 weeks and no progress or updates, just always check back in a couple weeks, but we're not really sure when it will be handled.

                        Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
