Same here. Why is it that I can't trust Vudu to keep the quality I had before?

Over 40 Disney movies down graded from HDX to SD today and another 140 or so non-Disney movies down graded as well. This seriously damages the trust relationship between providers and consumers when no matter what your purchase history states they can arbitrarily replace copies at will.

In the case of my Toy Story and PotC movies I paid quite a bit for the collector's sets with digital codes from the Disney Club - not happy.

Mine not just got downgraded but I have about 7 titles missing not sure which ones. Of all the MA provider Vudu has been the most notorious with their connection issue and implementation. They give movies then they take it away, I have 250+ movies sitting in Refund status now. They added title to UV and then took them back, now not just Disney but bunch other titles that were HD downgraded to SD. While on other hand never had similar issues with iTunes implementation they just work never a movie taken away or downgraded in Random, you don't see random purchases at the top of your list. Vudu and MA has so far nothing but pain to get it work right.

This is getting ridiculous!! Movies I have redeemed on Vudu vial my Disney BLU-RAY codes are now SD as well. I'm giving them a week to fix this, and then I am just done altogether. I will go back to buying my disc and saying screw digital.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 [SD]
101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure [SD]
The Lion King 1 1/2 [SD]
The Lion King (The Walt Disney Signature Collection) [SD]
The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride [SD]
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales [SD]
    Real Steel [SD]
Iron Man: Rise of Technovore [SD]
Avengers Confidential: Black Widow and Punisher [SD]

These all show as bought in SD today, but if I check my balance, it clearly shows as HDX when I originally redeemed them!

Even more Disney titles went to SD that were not moved to the top of my library list!! Very upset at this!

Seeing the same thing. A bunch of my Disney titles currently showing I only own them in SD when they were HDX previously. Frankenweenie, Bambi, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Planes, Peter Pan, Lady and the Tramp.... to name a few.

What is even stanger is Bambi is a title I recently added to my collection. If I look at my purchase history you can see the date where it says it was added as HDX and then today for some reason shows a second purchase of it in SD. My library says I only own it in SD.

    Disney/Touchstone Movies downgrading to SD

Anyone else experiencing this? I just had 3 titles move to the top of Vudu library, and they are now SD, when only 30 minutes ago they were HDX. Titles are Dick Tracy, Frankenweenie, and I Am Number Four.

I'd like to think this is due to Movies Anywhere & Vudu dicking around with their linking protocol, as we have all seen this in the past with DMA.

I'd like some assurance from Vudu that this is the case & that my titles will be restored to their previous resolution and place within my library.
Working...
