    I bought 3 movies on the 3oth 1 of which came with a UV code the other 2 were insta watch. I then processed my receipt through savings catcher and the movie with the code was credited to my account (I had already used the code) but not the 2 for insta watch. I filed a incident with support on the 31st and called on the 5th. I made a post like this one on the 7th which was promptly deleted. now today is the 8th and still no movies added to my account.

    Normally, just like the code slip, all you get is the movie. It may be the theatrical release vs a special edition/directors cut/unrated edition. Check the small print on the code slip and it will usually tell you what version you are getting.

    If the titles are UV enabled (which those 2 are) then they get added to your UV locker. If they were not UV enabled, they would be added to just your VUDU account. As for saving the step, yes it does. Bonus is the code slip in the case is still good.

    i am looking at 21 and 22 jump street on walmart (With INSTAWATCH). i read the faqs how you redeem this but does it also add the movie to my UltraViolet collection or is the movie locked to just Vudu?

    if it does add the movie to my UltraViolet collection is instawatch just saving me the step of having to redeem the code inside the packaging online?

    So my Experience with Instawatch was pretty good. I was freaking then I realized the email was sitting in one of my sorted files......... My question is... If I buy a new title from Instawatch does it give me the bonus features with film, or just the film? Thanks anyone who can answer my question!

    Nope. Theatrical. My copy added almost instantly when i Purchased the steelbook. Extended version is not UV. I know UV is not 100% a requirement for instawatch, but instawatch rarely gives copies of movies that are not UV and if a UV theatrical is available but the extended is not UV then it usually gives the theatrical.

    It's been a week now since I bought the Hercules Steelbook and it's still not in my Vudu. Not sure if anyone can look into this but my Vudu support number is 141105-000912 and pretty old now with no help yet. Thank you!

    P.S. Does anyone know if the InstaWatch goes into Vudu as the Extended Edition? I'm guessing it will since that is the version in the Steelbook but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks.

    I sent this request to support 8 days ago, but so far no response. Does anyone know how to unlink a walmart account from vudu? I think vudu has to do it. I don't see anywhere that I can do it. Has someone had success with getting vudu to do this?

    I need to unlink from my old closed Walmart account. I only have one vudu account, but an old and closed walmart account is preventing me from linking vudu to my new walmart account so that I can take advantage of InstaWatch.

    To unlink just go to UVVU dot com go into personal settings choose Vudu unlink then link to relinking if you choose another account you'll lose the movies attached directly to Vudu from your first account.
