So looking at some of the movies that are missing (yet listed in my transactions) It says I own the movie in HDX, but when I go to watch it is says: Playback Error No rights for video quality - this is on PC, it doesn't even show up on my Vudu App on my smart TV.

    Help??!?

My friend who has 1 of my shared UV accounts bought a bunch of UHD from the 3 for 15 sale this morning during the issue. None of the movies he purchased show up on my account, they were all UV enabled.

As of today, I am missing several movies on my VUDU account. I know that these movies were purchased through VUDU. I saw something that said to re-link my MA account. Found out my MA account was un linked, how does this happen? I re-linked and still no movies. I just watched two of them last night that are now missing for craps sake!

I am also missing nearly 40 movies. I went from 283 to 246. And I already tried relinking UV, and the number never went back up. And all the missing movies are in my UV library. Is this going to be fixed, please? Fixed.

You have exceeded the number of different VUDU Inc. accounts you can link to your UltraViolet Library. If you need help, please contact customer support.
            Grrrrr

For the exceeded issue you can contact the UV help desk and they will reset your link amount to VUDU so you can re-link. I've had to do that a few times for linking myUV with Paramount's website.

Does anyone know the phone number for UV?

I've "exceeded" the number of accounts and I only have two. This is frustrating! I've lost about 250 movies!

I started our using the help link on myUV.com

                  https://www.myuv.com/faq using contact us link.

I ended up with an account on their help service. Which can be directly contacted here.

You should have a different username and password for each UV account that's part of your library. If you're trying to use a single UV email/password for both Vudu accounts it is not going to work. Log into myuv.com and see what your other UV account is.

It is one per email address... but UV used to allow you to have up to five email addresses connected to a single library, and if you already had some, they are grandfathered in.

I thought for sure that one email address per account was the case.
