JimTheFrog Could you look into this? Because of the "tidying up" that UV appears to be doing, a lot of our films are not porting correctly to MA (and thus other providers) due to the refunds being issued for deleted (extra) UV licenses. It's affecting a ton of people's UV libraries/Vudu/MA.

I've been asking this since it first happened to me on 4/5 than again on 4/12. Most recent was 5/23. I still have a small glimmer of hope but that is fading as the days go on and the responses I sometimes receive from some support agents.

It's also screwing up our Vudu library listings. If we originally got a title individually but then later got it in a bundle, the individual listings are vanishing as a result. This wouldn't even be a problem if Vudu would just add all bundle titles to your library individually as well.

          Any update on this problem?

Has there been any updates in regards to this! Every day, I seem to either be losing a title at MA or items downgraded on the service. MA transaction history shows the removal (refund) or downgrade request comes from Vudu. Even though the titles are still in Vudu presently in the correct definition without any downgrades.

            It's becoming very frustrating!

This really needs to be addressed - by UV-VUDU-MA and how these rights and porting are handled. Clearly the system is not robust, if it can "accidentally" mistake deleted duplicate UV licenses as "remove this movie" (when a perfectly good license remains).

Maybe because you keep scamming on Facebook & elsewhere, merging unsuspecting people's UV libraries into your own. Verified fact, KEN HAMMOND. How many forums have you been banned from because of this unethical activity?

I have commented on the post, but I am not sure they are on top of the issue! I haven't unlinked my library for months & all the comments seem to suggest that is what's causing the issue.

I have to say - VUDU claiming this is merely an unlink issue is wrong.

Unlinking from UV is certainly one way for movies to disappear from a VUDU account.

BUT ... this is happening to people who have not unlinked at all.

It is due to an issue with MYUV recently deleting duplicative UV licenses, which seems to send a "delete/refund" to VUDU.

VUDU keeps the movie as is, but the refund/delete goes on to MA, which then deletes the title there (not correctly seeing the original license which still exists)

So VUDU shows the movie - but MA loses the movie - even though it should still see it from VUDU.
