To all those being denied it might have to do with which support group you emailed, either WB or Flixster. I got mine changed from the WB website. The successful response was sent from email uvsupport@warnerbros.com There was not person that signed off on the email and they addressed themselves as 'we'. I hope this information is helpful.

Ok, that's useful information. I'll try that as well.

Where did you go to create your help ticket?

Go www.wbdigitalcopy.com then choose support, your country, then type in your movie. There's a series of questions that branch off if you select the options that say their faqs didn't answer your questions and then the option to contact their support team appears. Fill out the form and send.

Just include all your titles on the same ticket. That's how I did it. Include your UV code to help things along.

Re: Early adopters IN LUCK with UV! Flixster upgraded SD movies to HDX!

Earlier today I sent in request through Flixster.com and they denied my request but they said are working on enabling UltraViolet digital copy in an HD format.

I just sent them an email requesting most of my Warner Bros movies in my library be upgraded to HD.

Read OP and other posts. They've done only those redeemed from bluray purchases and if so required the UV code that was used. I highly doubt they'll upgrade the promotional out of the goodness of their heart but let us know what happens.

I hope they don't require the codes as I don't have the codes for some of mine but they were all from blu-ray purchases. =(

I requested an upgrade for Harry Potter 7.2 and they replied that they don't have the HD rights to these older releases.

Basically I guess that means the customer service rep didn't know what they were talking about. Plenty of people here have redeemed that code in HD. That was the one they gave me problems with too. They definitely have the HD rights to those older titles. I think it's mostly a case of finding the correct CS to talk to.

Warner Bros finally gave me HD rights to:
                              J. Edgar
                              Crazy Stupid Love
A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas
Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2
                              Contagion

All I did was send an email to uvsupport@warnerbros.com with the list of movies that I own the Blu-ray of but got SD rights on Vudu. Then they wanted proof that I owned the Blu-ray of them by either providing the code on found in the insert, picture of the Blu-ray disc with the front cover of the case, or the sales receipt.

OK I just emailed them directly after originally putting a ticket in with Flixster UV support (weeks ago) and WB UV support (last week) and I quickly got a response this time, unfortunately it was the same lame canned response I got weeks ago from Flixster:

"Thank you for your inquiry regarding Disc to Digital. At this time we are working on enabling this UltraViolet? Digital Copy title to an HD format for your Blu-ray purchase.

We value customer feedback like yours and are continually working to improve our services.

We appreciate your patience. Thank you for contacting us."

Is this the response you got before your movies were upgraded?
