Not that I'm aware of, but I'm still not going to risk it. An extra $3.50 isn't going to kill me.

Re: Disc to Digital Title List

9 new titles found...sort of: Latest Updates

Most of these are new releases, so they will not work with the D2D at home app, save for the SD only "Fear is the Key" and the Director's Edition of Tropic Thunder, the original TT has been convertible since the first scrub.

It's no longer d2d now as far as I can tell. I know it was at one point since I have it in my library. They must have switched it with the regular version which is d2d now. I remember I had to take it in store because the blu ray read as something else I think.

I would like to see The Faculty become eligible for D2D -- really love that movie.

Re: Disc to Digital Title List

Has anyone done D2D for Troy (Director's Cut)? I see it available on the D2D list and I even selected it but I ended up with the Theatrical Cut. I opened a case and I was told that the Director's Cut is not available. I responded and informed them that it's clearly there and the time length listed for the movie is the same time length as the Director's Cut time length.

How can I confirm that Vudu is actually receiving the information I send when manually identifying a disc?

I don't think there is a way. We are pretty much at the mercy of the Beta software right now.

You might post this question in the D2D errors thread. That's the one Vudu should be watching for error reports. (Or not watching, as the case might be!)

I was recently successful in getting a new Despicable Me UV code that works. My original code came with the original DM release and was a DC only code. Ever time I tried requesting a new code in the past Universal would end up sending me another DC code. I noticed the code(s) would no longer work on Universal's web site so I decided to try once more. They responded back to me on 27 Jan 14 but I missed the email until just now. This time I was successful in redeeming the code for an HDX UV copy!

Don't know if this will help but here's what I used in the contact support form:
