First reported December 2013, then March 2014. Issue still persists . . . just curious when the last time something reported here on this thread was actually fixed?

"There was a problem while verifying this disk" on the following disks:

                      Big Daddy (DVD)
                      Borat (DVD)
                      Crash (DVD)
                      The Game (DVD)
Maverick (DVD - in cardboard old style case)
Miss Congeniality / Miss Congeniality 2 - double feature 2pack (Bluray)
National Lampoon's Vegas Vacation (only the disk that comes in the region-free National Lampoon's Vacation 4 pack currently for sale on Amazon) (Bluray)
                      Silverado (DVD)
Tin Cup (DVD - in cardboard old style case)

                      White Men Can't Jump (Bluray)

                      Recognized incorrectly:
Uncle Buck / Great Outdoors double feature 2 pack (DVD) - This one is being seen ONLY as Uncle Buck. Both movies are on the same disc.

Tom Hanks Comedy Favorites Collection 3 pack - 2nd disc with The Burbs and Dragnet on it is only being seen as Dragnet. (DVD)

Star Trek Original Motion Picture Collection (First 6 movies plus "The Captains Summit" disk - DVD) - Parts 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 all identify as any one of those 5 movies and has you choose. The 4th movie does not identify at all. It is not given as an option for any of the disks.

Another one of the "There was a problem while verifying this disc" issues:

Blade: House of Chthon - Unrated (DVD) - This is the one that comes in the "4 Film Favorites - Blade Collection" DVD 4 Pack which is available for purchase on Amazon right now. The other 3 movies identify with no problem.

I encountered two "There was a problem verifying this disc" errors tonight: In the Name of the Father and The Bone Collector. Both are blu-rays and listed as eligible for D2D on the Google docs spreadsheet.

I wish more of these problematic titles were being fixed. It is quite the rare occurrence when it happens. Can anyone shed some light on the amount of manpower that is being placed into fixing errant titles? I love this program, but am eager to get some of these rogue titles into my VUDU collection and scratched off the "naughty" list - a list that is continually being added to with very few subtractions taking place.

THIS!!! It's like since Walmart took over VUDU it's just gone downhill. The people at my local Walmart aren't even trained on the disc-to-digital and have to fumble through it every time I go in with a disc that is on the list but errors out at home. Heck! I'D like to take a crack at finding solutions to these disc read/recognize problems. VUDU has such an opportunity to really be leading this digital movie business by leaps and bounds but it just doesn't seem to care.

That being said. Here's my latest Disc-2-Digital rejects:

                                All DVDs
                                Waitress
                                Star Trek Into Darkness
                                Much Ado About Nothing
                                The Bourne Legacy
                                Still Mine
                                Monkeybone
