The Day of the Jackal is listed on the Vudu site as being available for D2D conversion but the barcode isn’t recognized. Please update the M2D to recognize this title as it’s available as both DVD and Blu-ray.

The disc reading app hasn't worked for me in almost 3 years, I gave up using it.
Every title I've listed in here with UPC codes is for the scanning app.
And the limit really needs to be abolished. At only 100 a year, it will take me 10-12 years to scan all of my eligible titles.

Disc to Digital is discontinued (where you scan your physical discs in), but Mobile to Digital is still around (where you scan the UPC from your mobile and you are limited to 100/year.

Discontinued? Then why is it still being advertised literally everywhere?
And if it's officially discontinued, then why are official help desk agents still assisting with clearing cart errors, and not saying anything about it?

Officially the program was disconinued. It may still work if you still have the program installed, but I wouldn't expect anything to get fixed.

The Road to El Dorado is not recognized at all. 191329085592
Hello? Vudu? Is anyone here? Can you fix these, please?
Also, why have certain movies that used to be eligible not anymore, but their sequels still are? Police Academy, The Transporter, and there were a few others I don't remember.

I have Greetings from Tim Buckley which is supposed to be convertable but when I scan the UPC it says "UPC not available to convert", does anyone know how to get Vudu to correct this? Do they ever check these forums?

The D2D blog page provides a monthly list of new titles that are eligible to convert I purchased two of those titles on BluRay just recently The Greatest Showman (2017) and The Post (2017). When attempting to convert via the Vudu To Go app I get "Unable to identify this disc". Subsequently, when I search for the title it shows as available and I am thanked for my submission!!
Vudu ~ please STOP advertising titles as available when they do not in fact convert!! Frustrating!!
