Clerks (Blu-ray) reads as Chasing Amy.
Night of the Comet (both Blu-ray and DVD) does not read.
          Pleasantville (Blu-ray) does not read)
Night of the Creeps (Blu-ray) does not read.
The Fast and the Furious (Blu-ray) reads correctly, but then enters my cart saying it is a DVD from the Blu-ray set. In order to convert I would have to pay the DVD price.

Blade: Trinity fails to be recognized

I bought the newly released Blade triple feature blu-ray at Walmart yesterday. The first two movies in the trilogy converted to HDX just fine, but the final movie (Blade: Trinity) would not convert at all. I received the dreaded "There was a problem verifying this disk." message, despite the fact that the Google Docs spreadsheet says that this blu-ray is HDX eligible.

I am growing tired of all the problems that I'm having with the D2D app lately. It would be nice to see someone at the company who is in the know acknowledge these problems and give an indication that they are being addressed / corrected. Every now and then you see Daniel H or another employee pop their head into the forum and do what they can to help with an issue, but rarely (never?) do you see an update or acknowledgment explaining why so many errors are occurring on older but eligible titles that are supposed to work in D2D, and what (if anything) is being done to address the problem.

I place a high priority on getting my blu-ray library converted over to HDX. It's one thing not being able to get certain studios on board for D2D (MGM, Disney, etc.), which is nobody's fault but the studios that refuse to participate. However, it's another when numerous catalog titles are supposed to work in the D2D program but yet fail to do that time-and-time again. Is this problem tied to a lack of man-power, is it a problem that will be fixed once the system exits Beta, is it a problem that is attributable to a lack of assistance from participating studios, or is it something else? Very few titles that I am waiting on to be corrected ever seem to get there. I like the concept of having a digital library and VUDU's interface is my favorite. I would just like the D2D program to work when it comes to eligible catalog titles that have no reason to glitch when they have been out for a few years.

I wouldn't be surprised if all of these issues are magically fixed once the 50% off conversion special expires and the program is out of beta. I've converted a lot of movies through flixster because nobody at the two local Wal-Marts in my area knows what to do, but flixster doesn't have all of my titles available so I stuck with a bag full of movies that I'm waiting to convert. Sometimes these things comes down to money, and even though I'd like to think that it's not the case in this situation, you never know.

Checked them again today, and they still have the same issues. Maybe those 3 have trouble reading because they don't come from US region blu-ray.
