Re: Vudu to go "can't view order" or "continue" when disc doesn't read

I see a blank page under Disc-to-Digital (see screenshot below). I do have some titles in my cart. Please try clearing my cart and see if that fixes the blank page problem.

PM me your email address on Vudu and I'll see what I can do.

Hi FelipeF, I PM'ed you on 10/7/16. Did clearing out my cart fix the blank-screen problem?

            Unfortunately the blank-screen problem remains.

Ok, then it's probably the issue that lots of people are having with the app. Engineering is already working on a fix.

Hi FelipeF, now I have two more problems, and I wonder if it was something you did to my account, or these are additional symptoms of the blank-page problem:

                1. My Purchases tab also showed a blank page.

                2. I signed out and tried to sign in again, but it wouldn't sign in. I typed my email address and password, click "Sign in", didn't see any error message, showing my login was correct. But the top right corner didn't show my email address, and still showed "Sign in".

I tried it on another PC and the same problems occurred. I uninstalled V2G and Adobe Air and reinstalled them and the same problems occurred on both PCs. The one constant of this whole saga is that all the problems showed up in both PCs (which are in different cities and under different ISPs).

Exactly the same issues I'm having.

I am not experiencing the blank page issue. The page comes up, recognizes discs etc., but I cannot view or add to my cart.

I'm running into a similar issue. I put 20 discs into my cart but now it won't let me access the cart. When I try to add a disc that's in that cart it tells me that the disc is already in another cart.

I am experiencing a similar problem. I have 19 items in my cart and unable to checkout. Also cannot add anything. I have tried uninstalling Air and V2G and also deleting the 2 app data folders mentioned in an earlier post but am still unable to view cart after reinstalling. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I seem to be having the same problem... I left a handful of movies in my order for a little while and now I can't view my order or add new discs. I tried the uninstall process as well and it didn't work for me either. I would greatly appreciate if someone could check my order to see if I have a movie that's no longer available for redemption.

As a Senior Software Engineer, I'd recommend that movies that are no longer available for redemption are automatically removed from people's orders and listed in the application the next time the user launches the application, rather than breaking the application altogether.

                          Thanks in advance!

3000 Miles to Graceland is no longer available for conversion. You should now have access to your cart.

I reviewed your account and I didn't see any issues with your D2D cart. Can you try again to see if you can get access to your cart?
