Just an FYI, Wreck-It-Ralph is edited on Movies Anywhere! There's scenes where words were removed from scenes. The sign in the car they made together, no signature, and when Ralph gets the cookie medal, no words were on the back. The other is in the nesquick sand, the sign has removed the name. Watching it on Vudu, all the missing words are there.

Who do we contact about trying to get this fixed?

Any Intel when FandangoNow might join the party? I have a couple movies that didn't port over to VUDU or DMA.

I have an iTunes account, but no device, so I'm trying to figure out how to get my library carried over (do I need iCloud?)...I'd love to get some 4k upgrades! Hell, if I can get the bulk of my UV library upgraded to 4k for free over at iTunes, that will be amazing.
You don't need an iOS device. All that is needed to link your iTunes account to everything else is iTunes on a PC, for example.

Same here. Also happened to me with the first Raid movie.

So far nothing from Vudu has ported to movies anywhere but everything from Itunes/amazon has ported to vudu. So much for Movies Anywhere being frustration free. I've had nothing but problems with it. One of my friend on a UV sub-account is having the exact same problems.

Re: The Official Movies Anywhere Thread

My (eligible) Vudu titles ported over to MA and Google Play. My iTunes library ported over to Vudu, but my Vudu library has not ported over into iTunes.

The MA mobile app seems to work pretty well. The MA Roku app (at least for me) has some major issues where movie images are not visible and you cannot see which title is highlighted.

If your Vudu titles haven't ported after a long time double check your connection via Vudus account settings screen. Mine didn't port, and then I checked and saw my link was no longer active. I relinked, and then the movies ported about 30 minutes after.

Mine shows as linked and the movies from itunes are porting over. It's just a Vudu issue at this point. I'm hoping time will resolve it.

What will port seems to have ported from Vudu to Movies Anywhere and Amazon. Lastly I linked my iTunes account, and I'm not showing anything at all in that library, even hours later. Maybe I'm doing something wrong within iTunes? I go to My Purchases or Library within the Store, and nothing is there.

Should I buy 1 movie to trigger it?

EDIT: My Account info page, that should have a setting for Movies Anywhere, doesn't.

Re: The Official Movies Anywhere Thread

I just took the SD UV code for Fury, and redeemed it directly on Vudu's page. It now appears as SD in my Vudu library.

I now go to YouTube and look in my "Purchased" collection, and Fury is there in HD.

In between, MoviesAnywhere just shows Fury with no definition designation, as if there is no such thing as SD anymore.

Now, I'll go watch it in HD on my Roku with the Movies Anywhere app.

                            People, this is happening.

Re: The Official Movies Anywhere Thread

I have a couple concerns. In the very first post of this thread was a link to the Variety article concerning MA. They mentioned that most studios gave up on Ultraviolet. When did this happen because up until a few days ago on my last redemption my movies redeemed perfectly fine at UV.

Next concern if Ultraviolet goes away and MA takes over since MA doesn't appear to have TV series I assume we will lose those series as UV is the digital locker while Vudu just holds and allows playback of what's in that locker. This has me very concerned as I have about 50 TV series some complete series covering 10 or more seasons like The X Files and Burn Notice. If UV fails I assume we lose some very expensive series.

I'm very concerned that if UV fails that anybody whose linked to my account our movies won't share when they buy a movie. My nephew and I have quickly built over 2,500 movies and TV series in about three years time by having linked accounts. Be ****ed if UV fails and MA doesn't allow linked members purchases to be added to my account as my nephew and I share whose going to buy the latest releases so we don't both buy the same movie.

My last concern is with DMA going away what will happen with Disney Rewards as I have over 5,000 points but nothing really interests me to buy. I hold on to my points because every so often Disney will add a few Blurays I'm interested in from time to time but if they go away then what happens to my reward points or am I stuck buying stuff I don't want or need to deplete my points before Disney Rewards goes away too.
