One time the code did not provide enough credit to cover the movie (American Reunion). I contacted Amazon and they noticed that I had $3 leftover from my copy of Born On the 4th Of July. The CS rep just moved the $3 from Born over as a regular gift card to make up for being over charged on American Reunion. She just made it a regular GC usuable on anything.
