Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     I've just created a second work order. And there doesn't appear to be any way to track the progress of the work order, like we have here from VUDU. I hope the gentleman posting here from CinemaNow is taking notes and passing them on to his associates.

    I had 2 tickets in. One I haven't heard back from since they said they were escalating the issue. The other they sent me 5 credits to use on any HD movie for the 5 movies I got SD instead of HD.

    I haven't heard a peep from CinemaNow's team regarding my work order from 12/27 for the same issue and it was submitted days ago. I've paid for 3 movies that were supposed to be in HD according to their site but they are SD.

    Another Mac bug I've noticed is some movies like "Brothers" will take you to the screen with the movie cover but say unavailable through the service. Take the same movie to a pc and it lets you purchase.

    It wasn't a CN error. UVVU added Paranorman to my UV locker 7 times. I placed a support ticket.

    I just did ALL of my Movies that is on their List of Supported movies except 3... They are on the CinemaNow D2D List but when put disc in the CinemaNow app says its not available on D2D

    I'm still getting sd uv's from hd purchases and I have upgraded to the new one.
    Very frustrating when you get no resolution. I have 7 tickets none fixed and some are going on since dec 23rd. I've called and said resolution would be tommorow and that was on the 28th. Good luck with doing d2d over there. I've not had that much luck

    Lionsgate D2D - I was able to do Abduction and that is the first Lionsgate movie i've seen that I could disk to digital.
