Well hopefully over time it gets better and then some how for those of us that don't have a Blu-ray drive they can figure a way to let us certify we have the Blu-ray disc.
If not each person is going to have their choice of convenient and right now Walmart d2d works for me

Why not just wait for vudu's at home service in a week or two? Surely it will be better than Cinema Now's version.

We're "anxious" because it's so much more convenient to do it yourself at home. However, I think we will find that there will always be discs that the program will either not be able to recongnize or it will show you the correct movie and tell you it's not on the list when it is on the list. This is when we can use Walmart for those exceptions...when you have a double feature disc, for example, that the program doesn't recognize but a human does.

Never said I was using a Mac, this is on windows 7. I have had some work but most do not for various reasons. I have reported it to support several times but no one answers

Every disc I try that's on the list tells me that that disc is not available for conversion. I'm not taking any more out of my jukebox player, I'm just going to wait for Vudu's home D2D service.
