What's the ETA on actually being able to do this on our machines? I really want to use the discount and not take these to Wal Mart.
I just PM you some command to debug the issue. We won't have any fix as it is more likely to be your local configuration or disc type. I can only assist some user to figure out the problem.

I have not received a PM from you. I'd really like to get this fixed, I'ved tried it on 3 different PC's and they all have the same problem with about 30 different DVD's. It's clearly a VUDU Software issue and not any of my different hardware setups.

I'd also like to add that The Flixster version of this disc to digital works fine with all 3 of my hardware setups and all 30 of the dvds. Same with the BestBuy version. Everything is fine.

I'd prefer to go with Vudu for this because of the 50% off deal right now, so I'd really appreciate some help on getting this working.

Can I get those commands to debug too? I also don't have raid config and my DVD's are not being read.

No offense but that's really stupid. How could Vudu not come up with a solution to this???

I 100% agree. Either they come up with a solution to this or I get the same exact solution from Flixster/BestBuy. They both upload to ultraviolet. Vudu needs to get with the program here, both of the other services (read: software) work perfectly fine.

Well, we like many other users don't have the issue. When we don't have the issue then there is no way for us to fix. Unless we can reproduce it.

Thanks. This is the line that causes the issue. For some reason the software says it has issue to determine valid encryption of the disc.

If anyone got this issue and around the Bay Area, I will be happy to take a look at the machine.
We just can't reproduce this in house.

                        Thanks,

So what you're saying is, we're SOL? How is this an acceptable solution? Especially since all of your direct competitors software works PERFECTLY FINE.

What I am saying is we continue to search for the issue and the way to reproduce issue. The sooner we can reproduce the sooner we can have a solution.

Ok that's great, what's the ETA? How long is the 50% pricing going to last? Is there any way someone at VUDU Can provide us with a coupon code(s) or something so that we can get the same promotion at Wal-Mart since we are completely unable to do the at home disc to digital at all?

I understand issues happen but I feel like its pretty unacceptable to miss out on this promotion/Deal because your software doesn't work.

Yes, I also took the same movies that didn't work on the VuduToGo app to Walmart for the D2D and they put it in my cart but couldn't give me the same 50% off. Now when I try to print the list, the movies are gone from the list and when I try to re-add them, it tells me that they were already added. This is pretty crazy that Vudu and Walmart are supposed to be owned by the same company but the systems are so different. One of them (Vudu or Walmart) should be able to give us the 50% off when one of the methods doesn't work as it should.
