Countless emails to customer service go unanswered and there is no customer service phone number.

I love UV but it is a terrible user experience with the worst customer service/tech support.

I have always gotten a response to my service requests within 4 or 5 hours, even on Sundays. They keep telling me they are doing major upgrades, which is a welcome thing. Are you using the old site, my.uvvu.com, or the new one? The new one works okay. The old one still shows lots and lots of duplicates. I don't know why they still keep it running.

I use the new site. First the main account showed 0 titles, now it just shows several pages of duplicates. Customer service does not respond to emails. They used to but have given up responding to anything they cannot fix which is just about everything.

Is anybody else seeing a movie total? or are you adding them up? I see 44 pages, but no total listed?

            Re: UltraViolet Launched updated website

Sometimes the total shows up, sometimes it does not. You can click the sort symbol next to the search box and it will show the total there.

My library has been stuck at 992 for at least a couple of weeks now. I own 1,177 UV movies. It seems like it can't go past 16 pages for me, but I know the problems are different and random for everyone. How long does it take for them to figure this out?! Sheesh.

My account shows 0 titles and has for the last 2 months. They do not respond to any emails asking when this will be fixed. I love the concept of UV but they have the worst customer service and the website is horrible.
It really causes me to lose faith in UV if they cannot handle a simple concept of listing a collection for a user.
The fact that everyone gets random results is really scary.

                    Re: UltraViolet Launched updated website

Some recent changes to the website are interesting.

                    1. They removed the UVPlayers beta description on the where to watch page. I hope this means it is coming soon, and not scrapped.

                    2. They removed the ability to add new UV users, you now have to do it through vudu.

                    3. The redeem link now points to the common redemption page, instead of the UV vendors.

                    4. The 45 titles that remained in my library after being deleted from vudu are now gone, so my titles count is close to accurate. The whole library is finally loading.

                    5. The delete button now produces an error so it appears they are working on it. It never worked in some situations, so hopefully a fix is in the works.

                    6. All my titles still say Standard Definition, even though about 500 are in SD.

                      Re: UltraViolet Launched updated website

                      I'm getting this error message:

                      "Temporarily Unavailable
The website that you're trying to reach is having technical difficulties and is currently unavailable.

We are aware of the issue and are working hard to fix it. Thank you for your patience."

When it does go through, I'm still only able to see a very few titles and get this message at the top:

"Please be patient while your Library is refreshed. (This may be your first visit to uvvu.com or you may have recently made a change to your Library.) Not all your movies and TV shows are listed below, but rest assured they are still in place and can be streamed and downloaded from your favorite UltraViolet services. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience."

This has been going on for almost a year now and they're still calling it "temporary".

                        Re: UltraViolet Launched updated website

The site has been undergoing a lot of changes, it is much improved. My library is now completely up to date, and the definitions are finally correct. As far as downloads being removed, I think that function will now be handled through the streaming providers. I think DECE decided that most functions should be done through providers so people will not have to worry about using a third party site unless they want to delete a film.

I not too recently ran across a website that was just for beta testing the CFF file. You had to login to see any details though but there were instructions that gave links to download sample files, but I am sure whoever it was that had access was under a strict NDA.

                          O.O

Speak for yourself. As recently as a day or two ago I had FOUR movies showing up in my "Library" on UVVU.com. Today I have 424...because every episode of a few seasons I have are now all showing up individually, which they have never done before today. (I only have 403 movies on Vudu, to give you an idea, and quite a few of those are pre-UV.) They also removed the filter/sort feature, so I can't sort them by purchase date to see all of the TV shows together...oh, did I mention that the shows are sorted by EPISODE title, so they're scattered throughout my library?

The site is still awful and this is one of the reasons people don't wan't to fool with UV. I have over 4000 movies they show 1312 It hasn't worked for me since I past 500 movies or so.

I am finally (after more than a year) able to see all my UV movies at the site. I miss the old site only because of the total count that it gave. I still have to go through the duplicate titles and remove the SD ones.

The account that used to show about 1000 movies now shows 0. The account that used to show 0 movies now shows about 1000. Progress?
