The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

    Now I see a blank "Purchases" tab also. So I signed out, trying to see if signing back in made a difference, but it wouldn't let me sign in. Anybody has two problems also, in additional to the blank disc-to-digital tab?

    It's still not working for me. I just ran the monthly Windows Update, and it didn't fix the problem.

    I tried V2G today to see how it performed and it's 100% operational now. Coincidentally I ran Windows Update last night. Not sure if the problem was theirs or if you guys at VUDU changed something, but I can convert discs again today. Thanks.

    I came here to the forums to see if anyone else is having this problem. I've had a blank "Disc to Digital" tab since upgrading to Vudu To Go 2.2.8. I can still see my downloads per usual. I hope a bug fix is issued soon.

    Just uninstalled Air and tried Air beta 23 release, with no fix. Uninstalled and regressed to try a version of Air 21 and that didn't help either.

    VUDU to Go .8 release, Windows 7 64bit Pro edition, Adobe Air version 23.0.0.257, Google Chrome 53.0.2785.143 m. DELL laptop but that doesn't matter. Signed out and back in, no help. Uninstalled and reinstalled all components (files and registry) thoroughly and no help. Turned off firewall and anti-virus temporarily and no help either. Tab was blank when I booted up two days ago so I upgraded VUDU to GO and Air (I ignored the Air update message for weeks before that), and that didn't change anything. I just converted a good chunk of my library last week and all was fine.

    Ideas?
