    Dictator via VUDU gave HDX

Lockout Unrated via Sony gave SD

I wish the redemption process included a confirmation page prior to redeeming that verified the title and definition. It's such a pain keeping up with this.

Re: Current UV Copies what format SD or HD

There is no rhyme or reason to this process. It's maddening.

My experience this week (conflicts with others here):

        Battleship redeemed at Sony: HDX
Starship Troopers Invasion redeemed at Sony: SD
The Lucky One: redeemed at Flixster: SD
The Pirates: Band of Misfits redeemed at Flixster: SD
Think Like a Man redeemed at Flixster: HDX

My redemption of Think Like a Man blew up Flixster. I received an error message and it still does not show in my collection there. It does, however, show in My Vudu, which is my primary concern. It also is listed in my library at UVVU.com. This is something of a first in my experience. My supposition is that Think Like a Man isn't displaying correctly at Flixster due to a system snafu.

I really, really, really wanted The Pirates in HDX so this aggravating.

If your Think Like A Man code was from Blu-ray should you put in a Support Case?

After mgfloy03 and goneviral got HDX I thought HDX was guaranteed especially from Sony. Now I am scared to redeem.

call sony there is a number on their site and have your upc ready to confirm you bought a blu-ray it takes like 10 mins to get it fixed. I had a problem with the Raid and it was fixed fast.

Thanks, I'll try that. I no longer have the UV sheet. Does anyone know if the Sony UV sheet states what version you get after redeem because this is reply I got from Vudu support:

"Please verify on the promotion itself that Think Like A Man is supposed to be uploaded in HDX. Once you have, please send us a picture of the promotion in which it states you will get an HDX copy."

Can someone do me a favor. Send me a scanned copy of your 'Think Like A Man' UV sheet from Blu-ray. If you have not used the code please remove the numbers. Thanks.

The post of my post is that there appears to be no guarantee of anything. Their code generation seems to have a high failure rate in identifying SD/HDX. My Pirates disc absolutely should have been HDX yet it wasn't.

I would love to help you with your issue but unfortunately I already threw away my sheet.

I threw away my sheet also so VUDU won't do anything for me.

I walked into wal-mart last night and they are now packaging Smallville,
Supernatural, fringe, Pretty Little Liars, vampire diaries with 2 2.00 disk to digital coupons and the seasons are 14.95 each

                            I saw seasons 1- 8 of smallville
                            1 - 3 of fringe
and seasons 1- 5 of supernatural
and season 1 of pretty little liars
                            season 1 + 2 of vampire diaries

that's a decent deal to pay 14.95 + get 4.00 in coupons for disk to digital
I go to wal-mart on Tuesdays generally to pick up some new release stuff and check out which new vudu promotion is running.

They are still doing the wizard of oz, goonies, ace ventura, scooby doo one with the 7.50 + 4.00 coupons inside. (2x) 2.00

After a couple emails to Sony as recommended by mgfloy03 I got Sony to add the HDX copy to my UV Locker. But now I have this movie listed twice in my UV locker. Looking at my UV locker the SD version is on Vudu and the HDX version is on Sony.

I wonder if I can get Vudu to remove the SD version.
