Yup - I'm having the same problem.

This time it gets to the point of asking me to sign in (on the disc to digital tab), but when I do so nothing happens. If I switch to another tab and back go d2d it asks me to sign in again. Each time I sign in I get the black screen... nothing more.

At least the sign-in screen is new. But other than that it's not fixed.

Mine is not working either, why can't Vudu just upload the original master of "Vudu To Go" app?

        I don't think it's the app, I think it's the service.

I've been seeing blank pages when loading Vudu content in Chrome a lot more over the last few weeks. I think it's the same database or server issue that is affecting browsers and the V2G app. Interestingly, when I was not logged in those same blank pages loaded just fine. I think it has something to do with the calls that are at least partially account-dependent, which is probably most or all of them.

(For context, I'm a Web Administrator, and I've seen issues similar to this before, where web app queries are not answered or are null for some reason, sometimes a corrupt database entry or entries, or disallowed or unrecognized characters.)

All I know is that I had a whole lot of halloween movies I wanted to digitize and can't and probably won't now.

When the problem started, I was still able to bring up my Purchased Movies. But for the past week or so, that tab has been a blank page too.

Any update on getting this fixed? I'd like to do some D2D before Halloween.

I'm having trouble as well. Thought it was just me, since my computer with a Blu-ray burner is running Vista... glad to see it's not just me.

Vudu-To-Go Windows app does not support Vista or XP.

Since this latest update? It functioned fine back in August

I have Windows 7 and still can't get it to work. I only wish I hadn't updated the app when prompted. Is there a way to revert to an earlier, working version?

It's been a couple of years actually. Ever since Microsoft abandoned support for these operating systems.

It was working fine on Vista up until a few weeks ago. What changed since then?

I doubt reverting to an earlier version will help. I'm having the same problem on both my computers, and they're running different OS, Vudu2Go and AdobeAir. Based on all the complaints on this and other message boards, there doesn't seem to be any common link. The problem must be on Vudu's side.

Couldn't really tell you why it has stopped working for you but XP/Vista hasn't been supported for quite some time now.

It's still not working on Windows 7 for me though. So it's obviously not related to XP/Vista. This is pretty ridiculous that I haven't been able to convert any dvds or blurays for weeks because of this bug.

Worked on Vista just before this issue came up a few weeks ago.
