Oh -- in that case, yes, that is seriously f'ed up, and they've gotta fix that. And I'm confident they will. Report it as a bug. That's what the beta program is for, after all...

I received errors when trying to convert the following DVDs to HDX:

    Dragnet
    Mr and Mrs Smith
    The Dark Crystal
    Seraphim Falls
    The Relic
    I, Robot

A number of Blu-Ray discs were unidentified or misidentified, though they are part of the Vudu library, including:

    The Bourne Supremacy
    Ocean's Twelve
Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone
    X-Men 2
    The Mummy Returns

Also, considering it's a beta program, I don't think it's all that unreasonable that carts get cleared routinely, or on version upgrades like this one. Sorry it happened to you and all -- I'd be ****ed too -- but I'm not sure Vudu's in "the wrong" here.
I'm having this same issue too. I was in the process of trying to get all my movies converted at once and didn't have time to finish. Now half my movies are showing they are in another cart. I have contacted customer support on this issue and hope it gets resolved.

It seems like many of the trilogies are reading only the first in a series. Bourne trilogy, Mission Impossible Trilogy, to name two

First, the good news. I tried a bunch of titles and had great results for HDX conversion, including:

    PRIVATE PARTS (1972)
    POINT BLANK (1969)
    EARTHQUAKE
    VIRUS (Universal)
    VAMPIRES (John Carpenter)
    DEAD MEN DON'T WEAR PLAID
    MORE AMERICAN GRAFFITI
    HIGH PLAINS DRIFTER
    VIVA KNIEVEL!
    MAD MAX BEYOND THUNDERDOME
    THE GOLDEN CHILD
    YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES
    SERPICO
    STEALING BEAUTY
    TALK RADIO

Now the bad (sort of, for Vudu anyway): I put in my DVD of John Carpenter's 4-Movie Master of Fear Collection (Universal), hoping to convert VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED in the set. The disc read as THE THING (BLU-RAY) and offered to convert it for me for $2.00. Since I have THE THING on BLU anyway, I went ahead and did it, but the recognition was incorrect.

I tried (three times each) to do HDX conversions on the following titles, all of which are listed on Vudu's D2D program for eligibility:

    THE PARALLAX VIEW
    THE EIGER SANCTION
    THE ICE PIRATES

All three of these discs came back multiple times with an errors that said something like "Error recognizing conversion format", and would not let me do them.

I put in the Warner disc of SINGLES (DVD), and I got a message that it could not be recognized. It asked me to manually input the title (which is also on the HDX list), and then said that they would "manually" research my title and, until I get an answer, I'm more than welcome to take it in to a Wal-Mart for conversion.

Just my .02 cents as a beta tester. Figured this thread could be a nice place to post any issues beta testers find. Maybe even make this a sticky thread?

Okay, so, it seems like in the "upgrade" a bunch of people (everyone? Dunno...) lost their existing "recognized disc" queues? And when trying to re-add their discs are told the discs already exist in another cart?

I haven't tried adding any new discs, but I probably fall into this category, as after the "upgrade" my entire cart went missing. Given it was about $860 worth of product (and months of effort), I'd rather like to have it back in VUDU2Go as it should be.

Any thoughts on this? Win7 64-bit. Whatever the current version of VUDU2Go that came out today or recently is. 2.0.7, I think?

So, is there a resolution for this, somehow? Where do we go from here?

    Yeah same here.
"Final Cut" is the best one, but I would like to have both cuts on my VUDU, especially since the Blu-Ray set contains 5 versions!

So, for the discs that gave me the dreaded "There was a problem while verifying this disc. Please try again later or contact Customer Care.", I have marked them XXX. (Don't worry, I don't have that Vin Diesel movie.)

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 1 - XXX

LOTR - all three Extended Editions came up with the choice of regular ed. Fellowship or Return of the King

    Fight Club - XXX

Blade Runner: The Director's Cut - identified as The Final Cut

    Megamind - XXX

Also, this is probably more of a web site issue, but when I tried to delete Matrix Revolutions from my D2D list on the web site after doing an at-home D2D conversion, I got a pop-up window saying "Error - invalidArgument
physicalCopy is mapped to a physicalCopyPayment", and it remains on my D2D list.
I too echo the sentiment that I wish The Director's Cut of Blade Runner would be redeemable with the Blu-ray on D2D

    Bugs:

Godfather Trilogy Blu-rays. Part I and Part II identify correctly. Part III identifies as Part I.

Nope, there is nothing with a title similar to that and form that time frame that's approved for DVD.
