The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     We think the same. I was literally logging in just to express my frustration with this. So what is the point if no progress is made. It's been years now. Bug fixes don't take that long so I think it's not being addressed at all. This thread exists just so support isn't hit with a metric ton of reported D2D issues.

    For those three, you should open a ticket with photos of the front of the Blu-ray cases, and they may credit you the $1.50 each.

    -Movie that you entered into your disc drive.
    -Movie that VUDU To Go Recognized instead.
    *If the disc is unreadable, we may not be able to update it.

    EDIT: I have a DVD copy that was included that seems to work. It's not a huge deal to pay an extra $3, but can anyone explain why VUDU isn't identifying the blu ray copy?
    No one knows, it happens with tons of blu-rays hence why this thread is 126 pages long.

    Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron Blu-Ray says, "Unable to identify this disc"

    It's a brand new blu ray.

    EDIT: I have a DVD copy that was included that seems to work. It's not a huge deal to pay an extra $3, but can anyone explain why VUDU isn't identifying the blu ray copy?

    EDIT: Gladiator isn't working (DVD) either.

    I'm having issues with the following D2D transfers:

    American Pie: The Book of Love Blu-ray (0 25192 03020 8) The disc is both rated and unrated, it's showing up as rated, but I'd like the unrated version.

    Celeste and Jesse Forever Blu-ray (0 43396 41426 6) Unable to identify this disc.

    Disturbia Blu-ray (0 97361 24421 1) It shows up as a DVD, it's clearly a Blu-ray.

    The Marine 3: Homefront Blu-ray (0 24543 82938 6) Unable to identify this disc.

    Morning Glory Blu-ray (0 97361 42244 2) Unable to identify this disc.

    Old School Unrated Blu-ray (0 97361 31444 0) The disc is unrated, it's showing up as the regular version, but I'd like the unrated version.

    What's Your Number? EX-tended Edition Blu-ray (0 24543 99557 9) The disc is both regular and ex-tended, it's showing up as regular but I'd like the ex-tended version.

    Most of those aren't even eligible for disc-to-digital.
