    Have you contacted Walmart corporate about it? 1-800-WALMART (925-6278). Apparently every stores is *supposed to* be doing D2D.

    Except when your Wal-mart store is run by complete and total idiots that have no clue HOW to do the conversions or if it just no longer provides the d2d conversion at all. Then you are SOL! Like me. I've contacted the store about it as well as Vudu and both basically said there hands are tied. So there is no solution for me unless I drive an insane distance just to do it, it's all BS as far as I'm concerned.

    Newer movies are not recognized at home and have to be brought in to Walmart.

    Not all movies are D2D eligible, including this one. Newer movies typically don't read at home and have to be brought to a Walmart (if you can find one that does D2D).

    I have found that older double-sided DVDs (full screen on one, anamorphic on the other), are almost never recognized by the disc-to-digital scanner. Sadly, I have a lot of them.

    The Vudu to Go software for d2d does not trust anything in home past some date in 2013.
    So all 2014 and 2015 discs are in store only.
    This seems to be their licence with gracenote, or an internal thing.
    Some titles worked in the past like my Old School bluray but were changed for some reason and not taken off the list since I assume they still work in store.

    Star Trek into Darkness
    Interstellar
    Expendables 3
    Police Story Lockdown

    All disks I have tried so far work with Power DVD 15... and are visible in file explorer

    This movie is not eligible for D2D conversion. If it was D2D-eligible, it would have to taken to a Walmart for conversion as newer movies are not recognized by the app.

    Yet another title to add:

    *Urban Legends: Final Cut

    Both widescreen and full screen sides failed.

    Unfortunately, both CinemaNow and Flixster don't have this one available, so I am SOL until I can make it out to one of the few Wal-Marts not only that actually bothers, but has the only guy on staff trained to do it just by chance working.

    Loooooooong way to go guys...

    This was reported January 2014 and it's still an issue with Razor. I don't own Blood and Chrome so I don't know if that's fixed or not. I just know Razor does not recognize.
